This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Sentinel Ventures uses, why, and how you can control them. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use only first-party cookies — there are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

1. Categories we use

Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your privacy choices. These are always active and do not require consent.
Analytics — first-party cookies and equivalent storage that let us count page views and understand usage (approximate country, language, device). These are set only after you opt in.

2. Cookies and storage in detail

sv-consent (strictly necessary) — stores your cookie choices so we don’t ask on every visit. Expires after ~180 days.
sv-sid (analytics, sessionStorage) — an anonymous, random identifier that groups a single browsing session. It is cleared automatically when you close the tab and only exists after you opt in to analytics.
Supabase authentication cookies (strictly necessary) — set only for administrators who sign in to the private dashboard; they keep the session active.

3. Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are needed for the site to work.
